    Watch Our Own is a 360-Caregiving Coordination solution and patented Event Management system that makes caring for a loved one easier. As caregivers ourselves, we’re dedicated to providing an integrated solution to deal with the many aspects of caregiving – time management, appointment scheduling, medicine administration, organizing transportation, major events – while allowing family and friends to share responsibilities and stay connected.     In today’s world, there is a growing need for remote assistance of loved ones or as we like to call it, “Watch Our Own”. We’re dedicated to developing and maintaining the best virtual platform for caregivers to make managing care of a loved one easier and less stressful, whether near or far. Watch Our Own connects caregivers around a loved one creating streamlined communications on everything related to their health. Through our custom, patented Event Engine we help caregivers be present, aware and involved when an incident occurs, allowing for a caregiver in the group to assist immediately or request the help of local EMS services through the solution.
  • What are the benefits of using Watch Our Own?
    With its patented technology Watch Our Own is a highly scalable, universal “FAMILY CARE” mobile and web SaaS platform that enables family members to remotely coordinate care for loved ones. Watch Our Own connects caregivers with their loved ones to provide and share caring support with transparency and peace of mind through: Remote configuration by a caregiver of loved one’s profile including medical history, current medical conditions and medicines; requiring minimal to no input by care recipient Secure access and real time sharing of health, vital and location information related to our loved ones Facilitates delegation of important tasks to caregivers Reduces family travel requirements with remote monitoring (real time including fall detection and health vitals) Synchronous monitoring, warning and communication system, including secure video access to a direct communication channel with your “own” Location monitoring and navigation services for assistance during an emergency Immediately provide life saving information to first responders or emergency entities Schedule reminders for: 1. Medicine, including QR Code authorization to ensure timely and accurate dosage 2. Appointments 3. Caregiver Shifts 4.   • How does it work?
    Watch Our Own enables users create a Group of trusted people to assist with managing care of a loved one by: Create a free account and login Select who you are caring for Establish a virtual group of caregivers for your loved one Send an invitation to each person to accept connection Securely store and share health and medical profile for care recipient Monitor critical care information – medication adherence reminders, heart rate, appointments, etc. Access real time data related to your care recipients
  • Do I need special equipment or software to use Watch Our Own?
    The Watch Our Own solution is built to run on Android and iOs operating systems in order to leverage existing household smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and computers with a Safari, Chrome, or Mozilla browser.
  • Do I need to pay to create an account?
    Anyone can create an account for free. Care Group Administrators are given a 30-day free Group trial after which time a subscription plan must be chosen for continued use of the Watch Our Own solution.
  • How do I create an account?
    After downloading the Watch Our Own: Tap “Sign Up” on the Sign In page Complete the form A four-digit PIN will be sent to your phone Enter the four-digit PIN to verify your account Begin using Watch Our Own
  • What is a Primary Caregiver?
    The Primary Caregiver is the primary person overseeing profile information and schedules of a care recipient and has permissions to modify the medical information and schedules and can take control during an event from another caregiver. To establish this role within a Watch Our Own Group both the caregiver and care recipient must establish the connection within the Group.
  • What is a Connection?
    Your connections within your Group are the people you rely upon for support and who rely upon you. You can request help from these people and they can request help from you.
  • Do I need to have a connection to be part of a Group?
    Yes, connections are the basis of every care group. Your connections are who can help when you request or you can help when in need. Without connections no one will be able to assist you and you will not receive notifications of anyone in your group requesting assistance.
  • Do I need to be Guardian or Angel to be part of a group?
    No, you can be part of a group without having a specific role. Keep in mind that being a Guardian or an Angel keeps you updated on relevant group information, real time data and new events related to other group members. You can chose to invite or remove relationships within the group as you wish.
  • How can I create a group?
    From the Dashboard: Tap “Create Group” under Explore Watch Our Own Groups and follow the prompts OR Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to go to the Menu page Go to My Groups Tap the “+” symbol and follow the prompts
  • Who can be in my group?
    Any registered Watch Our Own user can be invited to be part of your Group. If you know someone you want to invite and who is not registered on the platform, you can send an invitation to join.
  • How many members can my group have?
    We have subscription plans for every Group size. Subscriptions start at $5.00 a month for a group of five people.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Only the Group Administrator can cancel a Watch Our Own Group membership. Cancelling a Group will delete all connections of Group Members. If you wish to cancel your Group’s membership: Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to go to the Menu page Tap “My Groups” Tap the red garbage symbol Tap Accept to delete Group
  • How can I leave a group?
    If you no longer wish to be a part of a Group: Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to go to the Menu page Tap “My Groups” Tap the three dots symbol next to the Group name Tap “Leave Group” to remove yourself from the Group Once this has been done any connections created or permissions granted will be deleted. If you wish to return to a Group the Administrator must send you a new invitation.
  • How do I invite people to a Group?
    During the initial Group creation you will be prompted to send invitations to add members to your Group. To invite new members after a Group has been established: Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to go to the Menu page Tap “My Groups” Tap the Group name Tap “Invite” at the top right hand corner. You will be prompted to send invitations to add members to your Group Once someone receives the invitation to join the Group they can follow the prompts to register and join the Group.
  • Who can access my information?
    At Watch Our Own your privacy and security are paramount to us. For that reason we allow you to manage your data and select who can see your personal information within the solution. You can manage any access by Group members and set the rules and access permissions that accommodates your needs, including how and by whom your information will be accessed during an emergency. Any Primary Caregiver will be granted the same level access to every piece of care recipient information.
  • I forgot my password, how I do reset It?"
    From the Sign In page tap Forgot? and follow the Forgot Password process.
  • I can not log in
    Access Login screen, click on Forgot Password? and follow the steps.
  • How do I change my Password?
    Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to get to the Menu page Tap “Profile” Tap “Settings” Tap “Change Password” Enter your old and new password and tap “Save”
  • How do I delete my account?
    Tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen to get to the Menu page Tap “Profile” Tap “Settings” Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen
  • Which browser are supported?
    We support the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, and Mozilla.
  • Which devices are supported?
    We support smartphones running versions of Android 5.0.0 + and iOS 8.0.0 +
